这道粥品应当最后才加入苋菜,因为苋菜煮久了会变黄,卖相不美。

    Step 1

    十谷米和芡实泡水4小时,加入水1600毫升煮约1½小时。Soak rice and Qian Shi in water for 4 hours; boil with 1600ml of water for 1½ hours.

    Step 2

    煮成粥后,加入材料B继续煮10分钟,再加材料C和调味料煮3分钟即成。Once turns into porridge, add in ingredients B and continue to cook for 10 minutes; add in ingredients C and seasoning cook for another 3 minutes.
